MYOB wins key franchising award

MYOB understands franchises in New Zealand – and we’ve got the award to prove it.

MYOB took out the Service Provider of the Year award at the New Zealand Franchising Awards in Auckland last week, which was fitting reward for more than 25 years of servicing the franchise community.

The award recognised MYOB’s work in building relationships with key franchise operators in the country and strong investment in cloud-based services.

The judges recognised the scope of work over 25 years to not only build a franchise support program, but to implement software solutions that not only helped make franchises run smoother and increased the level of two-way communication between franchises and MYOB.

“MYOB has been helping businesses succeed for more than 25 years and we have built a strong relationship with the franchisee community,” said MYOB head of SME Ingrid Cronin-Knight.

“We’re delighted that connection has been recognised with this reward.”

She said key partnerships including with the Franchise Association of NZ and Franchise NZ helped cement MYOB as the provider of online accounting of choice for the NZ franchising sector.

The New Zealand Franchise Awards, run by the Franchise Association of New Zealand and Westpac, are designed to celebrate innovation and success in New Zealand’s franchise sector.

Franchise Accountants and Franchise Consultants (NZ) Ltd were both highly commended for the Service Provider of the Year award.
