Scott’s professional experience spans 15 years and 3 continents in the business services and IT industries, after starting out in the finance sector. In addition to working in the United Kingdom, America and the Asia Pacific region, Scott spent five years in Australia playing a significant role in establishing a profitable regional office for a fast growing software company, including a successful expansion into Singapore. He joined MYOB in 2005 as Financial Controller before expanding into sales, marketing and general management overseeing the company’s small business sales and marketing functions, as well as being an executive director of MYOB’s New Zealand operation. Scott is an active member of Business Mentors New Zealand helping nurture and develop small businesses with big ideas. Scott has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago and is a registered chartered accountant.
