Paula Gair founded deriskme.com in 2018 after completing a Masters Degree (Technological Futures) at Tech Futures Lab (Auckland) studying Exponential and Disruptive Technologies.
She is specifically interested in how human behavioural theory along with curated technology solutions can be used to positively influence improved online safety and security behaviours and outcomes for a non technical audience (eg home users or SMEs).
Paula is a passionate advocate for personal cyber security, online safety and privacy; with a specific interest in how small business and families can make themselves safer through simple actions.
Paula is also an experienced digital and organisational strategist, for International Not for Profits and Social enterprises. She has worked in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Canada, USA, England, Netherlands, Japan and Finland and is currently based in Auckland, NZ
