Debra is a an Entrepreneurial Leadership Coach who has worked with many of the top incubators in NZ – The Icehouse, Lightning Lab & 0.Ventures. Debra runs Ventell, a Coaching Agency & has recently opened The Common, which is a business Community & Space designed to help Entrepreneurs to be supported in achieving their professional & personal goals. In the last 8 years Debra has worked with over 300 businesses & their owners - many of these have gone on to win awards for growth. Her passion is seeing Entrepreneurs succeed & she uses her mixture of academic knowledge & practical experience to achieve this.
