Change my super limit

A Pay Super Administrator with a verified mobile number can change your pay super limit in AccountRight (up to $15,000 for a 90 day period). Go to Payroll > Pay Superannuation > Pay Super Settings > Edit details, then enter the code that's sent to your phone.

To change your limit to more than $15,000, complete the Pay Super Change of Details form.

Change who can authorise super payments

If you need to change any of these details...

  • mobile number for authoriser or administrator

  • the number of authorisers

  • the bank account for your super payments

  • Pay Super payment limit frequency (month/quarter)

Fix a super payment

If you've paid an employee the wrong amount of super, adjust the super amount in their next pay.

For example, if you've underpaid their super by $100, increase the super in their next pay by $100.
