If you've enabled offline backups in your company file, you can also set a preference to remind you to take a backup each time you close AccountRight (Setup menu > Preferences > Security tab). This is a handy way to create regular offline backups.
To turn off the backup reminder
Deselect the preference shown above, or select the option Don’t show again when the reminder pops up.
To turn the reminder back on, go to the Setup menu > Preferences > Security tab > select both these options:
