If you want to use MYOB Business AccountRight Plus, you'll need a Windows desktop or laptop computer to complete the setup and to access some features, such as multi-currency, advanced inventory features and time billing.
Yep. Our software is compatible with all browsers on desktop, mobile and tablets. We also have handy iOS and Android apps for managing your business on-the-go.
The MYOB Capture app lets you scan and upload your receipts directly to your software, where we’ll auto-extract the information, saving you data entry time. Plus, you can attach receipts directly to the transaction, keeping you organised and ready for tax time.
The MYOB Invoice app helps you create smart, professional-looking invoices that let your clients pay you directly in just a few clicks. You can also track who’s paid your invoices and who hasn’t from within the app.
If you‘d like to bill by time, budget by job, manage inventory across multiple locations or use multiple currencies, you‘ll need to use the MYOB Business AccountRight desktop app, which requires a Windows desktop or laptop computer.
Absolutely. You can share your account with your advisor, accountant, bookkeeper or business partner at any time for no extra cost. You can also control what they can see and do by adjusting their access levels.
You can use MYOB Business to track the progress, profit and loss and expenses of every job. Job tracking is available on all our MYOB Business software plans - except MYOB Business Payroll Only.

Moving from other accounting software to MYOB
You can import your data from Xero, Quickbooks Desktop or Reckon to MYOB with a quick and easy free migration service. We work with a third party to make sure your data is securely moved to your MYOB account.

When you choose an MYOB Business AccountRight Plus or AccountRight Premier plan, we include a base subscription to MYOB Business Payroll Only for no additional cost. If you don’t need the payroll feature, no worries, but if you do have employees to pay, an additional $1.50 + GST per employee/per month fee applies.
