You can set up a report pack containing key reports that you can generate at the end of the payroll year (EOPY). Once you've set it up, you can generate all your EOPY reports at once – with just a few clicks. And you can re-use the report pack to generate the same group of reports each year.

You only need to do this once to select the reports to include in the template.

Once you've entered what you need for the pack, click Save as.
Enter the Report pack template name, like EOPY and (optional) Description of the report pack.
Select level of access and report template availability.
Once you're done, click Save.
The template will be listed in the Templates section of the Report pack tab. This will be ready to use when you create your next report pack.
2. Create a report pack
You'll do this at the end of every payroll year to set the period (date range) for the reports. This will be 1 July to 30 June for the payroll year you're reporting on.
Go to the Reporting menu and choose Report packs.
Click Create new and choose Report pack from the dropdown.
Choose the Period you'd like the report to include from the dropdown or enter a Date range.
Select the EOPY report pack template you created above from the available templates listed in the dropdown.
Click Apply. A preview of the report pack will appear on the chosen template.
Click the menu dropdown to open the details of the chosen formatting option:
