If you have documents you want to keep for an employee, like a workplace contract, job description or certificates, you can upload them into the employee's record in MYOB. This helps keep all your employee information in one place. They're also safe, quickly accessible, and it makes it easier to maintain your records.
Upload other documents
Uploaded employee documents are only available in the employee's record. If you'd like to upload supplier bills and receipts, take a look at Uploads.
Upload images and PDFs to an employee's record
You can upload PDF, TIFF, TIF, JPEG, JPG or PNG files that are 10MB or smaller.
Take pics of hard copy documents
This is a quick way to create a digital copy of a hard copy document, ready for uploading.
Go to the Payroll menu and choose Employees.
Click the employee.
Click the Documents tab.
If it's the first document you're uploading, drag the file onto the MYOB screen or click browse for files. Otherwise click Upload documents.
Choose the image or PDF file you want to upload and click Open to upload it.
Click Save.

Enlarge, download or delete a document
Click the eyeball icon to enlarge an uploaded document.

Click the 3 dots (...) next to an uploaded document to:
Download the document as a PDF, ready for saving or printing.
Delete the document permanently. If you want to keep a copy, make sure you download the document before deleting it.
