This feature is only available in Server Edition. If you need to work with offline files after the end of offline support on 17 June, you can install AccountRight Server Edition as a short-term option. We recommend moving your files online as soon as practical.
You can set a preference to remind you to take a backup each time you close AccountRight (Setup menu > Preferences > Security tab). This is a handy way to create regular offline backups.
To turn off the backup reminder
Deselect the preference shown above, or select the option Don’t show again when the reminder pops up.
To turn the reminder back on, go to the Setup menu > Preferences > Security tab > select the Prompt for Data Backup When Closing option again.
