Take the tour (New Zealand only):
Display messages in MYOB Practice that walk you through the basics of using and navigating MYOB Practice.
To use the Take the tour option
Click Take the tour. The Get Started button is displayed on the bottom left of the page.
Click Get Started to see your options:
Click an option to walk through the basics of using and navigating MYOB Practice.
To hide the options, click the down arrow () icon.
To hide the Get Started button, click Show me later. You can always select Take the tour to show the Get Started button again.

Log a support call: Use this option to submit the Support request form.
From the Product drop-down, select the area of MYOB Practice that you need support with. Select Online Partner/Connected Accounting if you're looking for support with:
your client's products
partner and practice billing queries
client subscription cancellation
moving a client file to client pays.
Once you've completed the support request, you'll get a confirmation email, and we'll get back to you with a response as soon as we can.
Live chat: Use Live Chat for partner support only. MYOB Practice support via Live Chat is currently unavailable.
Community forum: Ask questions on the MYOB Community Forum or get involved in product discussions.
