Error: Port unavailable, blocked, not enabled, or already in use

This information only applies to the AccountRight Server Edition.

During the AccountRight installation, a check is done to ensure the required ports are available for use. If a port is being used by another program, or it's being blocked by your firewall, the installation may fail.

Firewall software can be configured to prevent specific ports from being blocked. Refer to the help in your firewall software for more information on this, see AccountRight Server Edition Technical Notes, or talk to an IT professional.
