There are several reasons why you might be unable to sign in to your company file. Here are the most common:
Forgotten MYOB account password
If you forgot your password, or just want to update it, click Can't log in to your account? or Forgotten your password? (depending on the sign-in page you're on).
You'll then be asked for the email address used for the MYOB account.
An email will be sent to your inbox with a link to reset the password. Click it and enter your new password, then click Set password. You can now sign in using your new password.
If you just want to update your password, you can also change your password in My Account.
Forgotten company file sign-on details (offline files only)
AccountRight Server Edition only
An offline User ID and password is used to access offline company files or when a company file is restored from an offline backup. You enter these details in the AccountRight Sign In window.
If you recently created or upgraded the file, the password might be blank.
Forgotten your company file User ID or password? Your User ID isn’t an email address—it might be your first name, full name or a title such as Administrator. Someone with Administrator access can check your User ID or reset your password in the Setup menu > User Access window.
No administrator access? Give us a call and we can reset the password for you. If your file is not online, you will need to send it to MYOB to have the password reset. Please note a fee applies for this service.
