There are several ways to get in touch with our team.
From MYOB Practice Compliance: click the help icon (?) in the left menu bar and select Live chat.
From AE/AO: click the cloud icon on the top menu and log in using your MYOB credentials. Once logged in, click the help icon (?) in the left menu bar and select Live chat.

Live chat hours
9 am to 5 pm for help with installation or tax help, or
9 am to 9 pm for everything else (except Nimbus and MPM)
What products do we support?
We’ve expanded live chat support to cover AE/AO and Practice Compliance (except Nimbus and MPM). However, we can't assist with every issue through live chat.
