Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available to New and Returning MYOB Customers in New Zealand who:
are customers of ANZ; and
signs up for a subscription to an Eligible MYOB Product during the Offer Period
(Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 12:00am NZST. on Monday, 15th September 2025 until 11:59pm NZST. on Sunday, 13th September 2026 (the Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer?
The Offer entitles Eligible Customers to a free base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product for a period of 12 months (the Discount Period).
4. How to accept the Offer:
An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by following the instructions on the ANZ NZ Offer Page.
5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
(a) This Offer only applies to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply for use of Premium Features (like Tap to Pay, Online Payments, Payroll or Premium Inventory).
(b) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’. (c) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the product terms of use.
(d) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Bonus Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa, or if they change from an MYOB AccountRight Plus subscription to an MYOB AccountRight Premier subscription or vice versa), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Bonus Period.
6. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?
At the end of the Discount Period, your subscription will automatically renew for 12 months periods unless you cancel in accordance with the MYOB Business product terms of use.
You will be billed via the nominated billing method attached to your account, after your initial free 12 month subscription.
The cost of the base subscription for your Eligible MYOB Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard price advertised on our website.

7. ANZ does not guarantee the quality of MYOB Business Lite or MYOB Business Pro or any other MYOB products or services, or their suitability for your circumstances.
To the extent the law allows, ANZ does not accept any responsibility for losses (including indirect or consequential losses) suffered as a result of an Eligible Customer’s acceptance of the Offer or use of MYOB Business Lite or MYOB Business Pro, unless such losses relate to ANZ’s fraud, negligence or willful default.
General
8. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.
9. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
10. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
Eligible MYOB Product means:
MYOB Business Lite; or
MYOB Business Pro;
ANZ means ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (Company number 35976).
ANZ Customer means a business in New Zealand that is a customer of ANZ.
New and Returning MYOB Customers means customers that have:
not previously had, and do not currently have, a paid MYOB subscription; or
previously trialled or paid for an MYOB subscription but have not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of taking up this Offer.
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB NZ Limited (Company number 902338) of Level 8/50 Albert, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.
