The solution introduces two key features within the File Cleanup (SMCS5010) form:
Delete Tab: Enables users to apply filters (file name, extension, creator, date range, etc.) and preview files before deletion. A “Delete Mode” option activates a comprehensive view of stored files and their sizes, helping users estimate the impact of cleanup on storage.
File Explorer Tab: Focuses on managing and deleting file versions or revisions. Users can filter by creator, screen ID, or multiple-version files, and selectively delete specific revisions or purge all versions of a file at once. This functionality ensures efficient control over file history without compromising essential data.
For email management, the Delete Emails (SMCS5020) form allows users to filter messages by sender, recipient, status, subject, or date range. With options to delete selected emails or perform mass deletions, organisations can maintain a clutter-free communication history within MYOB Acumatica.
