Sending documents

You can send your advisor documents, e.g., receipts, invoices, that they'll need to complete your accounts.

Getting an error when you upload files?

There's a 100 MB limit on the size of individual files.

Sending files to your advisor

  1. Go to your portal.

    You may have already bookmarked the URL, which will be something like, where practicename is your advisor's business name.

  2. Click upload (+) in the top right-hand corner to find and select the relevant files from your desktop or mobile device.

  3. In the Upload documents window, enter a description for the selected files.
    This description will be the body of the email that's sent to your advisor. Be informative here, so they know exactly what they need to do with it.

  4. Click Share.
    An email will be sent to your advisor and the documents will be displayed in your Documents tab with an Upload tag.
