If you added a desktop file's details to MYOB Practice, but you didn't upload the file itself, you can do it now.
The Upload company file option is only available if the status of the upgrade is Awaiting file.
Upload a desktop file
Select All clients and go to Client files > Desktop files.
Click the ellipsis next to the business for which you want to upload the company file and select Upload company file.
You can either:
click Find your company file to use Windows Explorer to search for your file
ordrag and drop the file into the page.
The status of the file on your Desktop files page changes to In progress.
Once the upgrade is complete, the entry is moved to Client files > Online files.
