A recent Microsoft Windows security update has resulted in some AccountRight customers not being able to log in. Typically the following error appears:
Who is impacted?
Customers operating AccountRight version 2011 and above, that have taken the latest Microsoft security update, and are working on a company file on their local computer or network (including checked out files) are impacted.
