What is it?

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is a secure sign in process that combines something you know (your password) with something you have (your phone).

How does it work?


Sign in

You'll sign into your product using your MYOB email and password as usual. You will then be directed to the 2fa setup process.



You'll be asked for a verification code, which you'll get from an authenticator app on your phone.


You're all set

These unique verification codes are generated in the authenticator app just for you when you sign in, so you never have to worry about losing or forgetting it.
