A. Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
The offer is strictly limited to:
a) New Zealand based entities;
b) who were an MYOB Customer within the six (6) months immediately prior to the Offer Period; and
c) who were an MYOB Customer for six (6) months or less.
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available during the Offer Period, unless otherwise varied by us. All references to time in these Terms are a reference to the local time in the capital city of the applicable Territory, on the date stated.
3. How do you accept the Terms and redeem the Offer?
Subscribing to an Eligible Product under this Offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms. To redeem the offer you must, during the Offer Period purchase an Eligible Product subscription either:
a) by speaking with an MYOB sales agent and referencing the Offer; and
b) if requested to do so, provide the Sales Specialist with relevant information (such as customer entity name or NZBN) to set up the customer’s data file.
4. What’s included in the Offer?
The Offer provides you the Discount on the RRP of an Eligible Product for the Discounted Period.
5. What’s not included in the Offer?
The Offer does not apply to MYOB Business Payroll Only, nor does it include anything that falls outside the standard no-charge inclusions associated with a base Eligible Product subscription. For example, the Offer does not cover Premium Features and online invoice payment fees. By accepting this Offer, you agree to pay any additional fees or charges during your discounted subscription period.
6. What are the conditions on the Offer?
This Offer excludes any free trial or free period, meaning that you will be charged for your subscription (minus any Discount) on the first day that you take up this Offer.
This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. You can use the best offer available to you at a single point in time, but not a combination of offers at any point in time.
This Offer is not available as part of the MYOB Partner Program. MYOB Partner Program wholesale or commission rates do not apply.
This Offer is not transferable and not refundable.
7. What happens at the end of the discounted subscription period?
1. We reserve the right to rescind any discounts provided to you under the Offer if:
b. in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offer that you’re not reasonably entitled to.
2. We reserve the right to discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if you’ve accepted prior to it being discontinued.
3. The Offer does not replace or limit your statutory rights, including your rights under applicable consumer laws.
Headings in this document are included for ease of reference, and do not affect interpretation in any way.
In these terms and conditions:
Discount means an 80% discount on the RRP of the Eligible Product.
Discounted Period means four (4) months from the date that your Eligible Product subscription is activated under this Offer.
Eligible Product means a base subscription MYOB Business Lite or MYOB Business Pro.
MYOB Customer means a user of an MYOB product or service, including but not limited to MYOB Business Lite, MYOB AccountRight, MYOB AccountEdge, MYOB businesSUPPORT, MYOB BankLink, and MYOB Enterprise Solutions ERP.
Offer means this MYOB Business Customer Win-back Offer - 80% off base subscription for 4 months – NZ Only offer, which is offered to you under the Offer Terms.
Offer Period runs from 15 June 2023 until 5pm (NZDT) until 15 August 2023, unless otherwise varied by us.
Offer Terms means these terms and conditions.
We, us, our means:
MYOB Australia Pty Ltd ABN: 13 086 760 198 (if you accept these Offer Terms in Australia; and
MYOB NZ Limited NZBN: 9429037875046 (if you accept these Offer Terms in New Zealand).
You, your, yours means the customer that is accepting the Offer.
