Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available to Customers of Newfurn who:
Have a current active MYOB subscription purchased after 1 February 2015; or
has not previously had, and does not currently have, a paid subscription for any MYOB product; or
Have previously trialled or paid for a subscription to another MYOB product, but who has not been an MYOB customer in Australia or New Zealand or at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the MYOB Offer
(Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. on Monday, 31 March 2025 until 11:59pm A.E.D.T. on Monday, 14 February 2028 (the Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer?
An Eligible Customer who purchases and pays for an Eligible Product, during the Offer Period, will receive:
An initial 3-month base subscription of an Eligible Product for free; then
30% off the then current standard full price for a monthly base subscription (Discount Price), for the period the Eligible Product is held.
The Discount Price is subject to standard MYOB annual price rises.
4. How to accept the Offer:
An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by following the instructions on the Offer landing page.
5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
(a) This Offer only applies to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply for use of Premium Features (like Online Payments, Payroll or Premium Inventory).
(b) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’.
(c) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the MYOB Business and MYOB AccountRight Product Terms of Use.
(d) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Discount Period.
General
7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the base subscription of the Eligible MYOB Product will be refunded.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Victoria, Australia.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
Eligible MYOB Product means:
MYOB Business Lite;
MYOB Business Pro;
MYOB Payroll Only;
MYOB AccountRight Plus; or
MYOB AccountRight Premier.
New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that:
does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an MYOB product; or
previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an MYOB product but who has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer.
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
Newfurn means NEWFURN FLOOR COVERINGS LIMITED Pty Ltd (ABN 63 004 650 668).
We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
