1. Who is eligible for this Offer?
This offer is made available to select members of the MYOB Partner Program. If you are a member of the MYOB Partner Program and received this offer directly from an MYOB sales agent, then you are eligible to accept the Offer (Eligible Customer).
2. Confidentiality
This offer is strictly confidential and intended solely for the recipient. Eligible Customers must not disclose the terms, pricing, or existence of this offer to any third party without prior written consent from MYOB.
3. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 1 September 2025 to 31 January 2027 (Offer Period) unless otherwise discontinued or varied by us.

4. How to redeem the offer
You can redeem the offer by communicating acceptance to your MYOB sales agent, and providing any information reasonably requested by MYOB.
5. Conditions and Limitations
(a) Under this Offer, the Eligible Product Subscription must be held for 36 months from the date of purchase (Minimum Term). If you cancel before the end of the Minimum Term, you will be required to pay out the remainder of the Minimum Term at the Discounted Price.
(b) This Offer only applies to base subscriptions of an Eligible Product. Use of MYOB Premium Features (like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges and be subject to additional terms and conditions.
(c) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business Lite to a MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa, or if they change from a ‘Partner Pays’ to ‘Client Pays’ billing model), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Discount Period.
(d) The Offer cannot be applied retroactively for prior purchases.
(e) The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and is not transferable. You can use the best offer available to you at a single point in time, but not a combination of offers at any point in time.
6. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?
Your subscription with auto renew, unless you cancel in accordance with the relevant terms of use . At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible MYOB Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website, unless otherwise agreed with MYOB. For example, when the Eligible Members of the MYOB Partner Program may still be entitled to a discount based on their membership tier.
General
A. Your use of the Eligible Product remains subject to the MYOB Business Terms of Use and MYOB AccountRight Terms of Use.
B. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.
C. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
D. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Eligible Product Subscription as a result of accepting the Offer will be refunded.
E. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in Australia and New Zealand.
F. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.

Offer means this exclusive offer, which is offered to you by us under the Terms.
Terms means these terms and conditions.
You and your refers to the customer that is accepting this Offer under section 4.
