1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available to Australian and New Zealand businesses, sole traders, partnerships, companies, trusts or other entities (as applicable):
who are MYOB BankLink practice customers with select customer IDs and
who have directly received the Offer from MYOB.
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 9 September 2024 until 30 November 2024 (the Offer Period), unless varied by us.
3. What is included in the Offer?
Eligible Customers who comply with section 4, will be entitled to pay a discounted price, equal to 50% off the then current standard price an Eligible Product Subscription (Discount).
The Offer will be applied from the date you redeem this Offer until 11.59pm on 30 June 2026 (Discount Period). By redeeming the Offer, you agree to maintain the subscriptions for the entire Discount Period (Minimum Term).
4. How to accept the Offer?
An Eligible Customer can accept this Offer, during the Offer Period by:
purchasing an Eligible Product Subscription;
by speaking with an MYOB sales agent and referencing the Offer; and
by providing any information reasonably requested by MYOB.
By redeeming the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
5. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?
After the Discount Period, the cost of the Eligible Product Subscription will revert to the MYOB Partner Tier Pricing based on the membership tier at that time. For up-to-date information on pricing, see www.myob.com or your Partner Hub Account.
By providing us your credit or debit card details and agreeing to our Direct Debit Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that the subscription automatically renews monthly. You authorise us to debit your credit or debit card the then current standard price at the end of the Discount Period.
6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
a) This Offer can be applied to multiple Eligible Product subscriptions purchased in the same transaction.
b) If you terminate your Eligible Product Subscription before the end of the Minimum Term, you must pay out the remainder of the Minimum Term, at the Discount Price.
c) This Offer only applies to base subscriptions of the Eligible Product Subscription. Use of Premium Features (like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges, and be subject to additional terms and conditions. For example, these additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply to the use of Online Invoice Payments.
d) You can upgrade or downgrade to any other Eligible Product Subscription within the Discount Period, and the Offer will be applied to the base subscription price for that other Eligible Product Subscription.
e) This Offer and all terms continue to apply to Eligible Product Subscriptions that have been transferred from a “Partner Pays” to a “Client Pays” payment profile.
f) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.
g) The Offer cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases.
h) Your use of the Eligible Product Subscription remains subject to the Eligible Product Subscription’s Terms of Use.
General
7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Eligible Product Subscription, as a result of accepting the Offer will be refunded.
10. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
Eligible Product Subscription refers to a base subscription, for a new MYOB customer, to “MYOB Business Connected Ledger” or “MYOB Business Connected Ledger and Payroll”.
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
We, us, our means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) (if you accept these Terms in Australia); and MYOB NZ Limited (NZCN 902338) (if you accept these Terms in New Zealand).
