Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available to New and Returning MYOB Customers in New Zealand who are:
A member of the Bunnings PowerPass Program (Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. on Thursday, 1 May 2025 until 11:59pm A.E.S.T. on Friday, 1 May 2026 (the Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer?
MYOB Business Lite or Pro Offer Eligible Customers who comply with section 4 will be entitled to pay:
$35(inclusive of GST) for a base subscription of MYOB Business Lite; or
$56 (inclusive of GST) for a base subscription of MYOB Business Pro
for a period of 12 months (Initial Subscription Period).
MYOB AccountRight Plus or Premier Offer
Eligible Customers who comply with section 4 will be entitled to pay:
$94 (inclusive of GST) for a base subscription of MYOB AccountRight Plus; or
$110 (inclusive of GST) for a base subscription of MYOB AccountRight Premier
for a period of 12 months (Initial Subscription Period).
4. How to accept the Offer:
An Eligible Customer can accept the Offers during the Offer Period by following the instructions on the Bunnings PowerPass Offer landing page.
5. What happens after the Initial Subscription Period?
MYOB Business Lite or Pro Offer
After the end of the Initial Subscription Period, the cost of the annual subscription will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on the MYOB website. Unless you cancel your annual subscription in accordance with the MYOB Business product terms of use, it will continue to renew for additional 12 month periods.
MYOB AccountRight Plus or Premier Offer
After the end of the Initial Subscription Period, the cost of the monthly subscription will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on the MYOB website. Unless you cancel your annual subscription in accordance with the MYOB Accountright product terms of use, it will continue to renew month by month.
6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
(a) This Offer only applies to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply for use of Premium Features (like Online Payments, Payroll or Premium Inventory).
(b) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’.
(c) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the MYOB Business product terms of use and MYOB AccountRight product terms of use.
(d) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Initial Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Initial Period.
General
7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer with or without notice at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the base subscription of the Eligible MYOB Product will be refunded.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in New Zealand

Definitions
Bunnings means Bunnings Group Limited (ABN 26 008 672 179)
Eligible MYOB Product means:
MYOB Business Lite;
MYOB Business Pro;
MYOB AccountRight Plus;
MYOB AccountRight Premier
New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that:
does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an MYOB product; or
previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an MYOB product but who has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer.
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
PowerPass means the Bunnings PowerPass Program as per PowerPass Cards - Bunnings Trade NZ
We, us, our or MYOB means:
MYOB NZ Limited (Company Number 902338) of 17 Sir William Pickering Drive, Burnside, Christchurch 8053 if you accept these terms in New Zealand.
