Material management

Plan, budget and track the materials for a project in one place. The new Project Materials form links each material line to its project budget key, then choose whether to provision from available stock, purchase to the warehouse or drop-ship from the vendor to site. Raise purchase orders or material issues and monitor progress through ordering, delivery and issuing, while actual costs and commitments flow automatically into the project budget.

Project document management

Manage project documents with project-specific tags, role-based access and AI-assisted classification. Configure tag structures by project, tag multiple files, review documents in one place and annotate PDF attachments within the system. AI-suggested tags reduce manual classification and make the project document trail easier to organise, find and govern.

Mobile time tracking for project tasks

Team members can now track time against project tasks directly in the MYOB Acumatica app. Select a project task, and start, pause, resume and switch a running timer, then create time activities for daily field reports or time cards from a mobile device. Capturing hours as work happens helps improve the accuracy and completeness of project time and cost information.

Streamlined change order processing

Streamlined Change Order Processing lets cost changes be released independently of revenue changes, so work continues while the client's approval is pending. Owner approval is now also tracked in MYOB Acumatica – your team can send change orders directly to the customer, then mark them accepted or declined. Incorrect change orders can be reversed and their requests reused, with no rework. The result? Projects stay on schedule, with an in-system record.
