How do I join the MYOB Affiliate Program?

Complete the application form through the Join Affiliate Program button. Your participation is subject to approval and the Affiliate Program terms and conditions.

How do I earn commission through the MYOB Affiliate Program?

You can earn commission when an eligible customer uses your unique affiliate link to sign up for an eligible MYOB product. An eligible customer is new to MYOB or has not had an active MYOB subscription for at least 30 days.

How much commission can I earn?

The commission structure is flat:

  • $30 for Payroll Only and MYOB Solo.

  • $80 for all other eligible products.

Commission amounts are in AUD and exclude GST.

What makes a referral eligible?

The customer must use your affiliate link when signing up and meet the eligibility requirements in the Affiliate Program terms. This generally means they are new to MYOB or have not had an active MYOB subscription for at least 30 days.

Do customers need to use my affiliate link?

Yes. To attribute a referral to you, the customer must use your unique affiliate link to sign up for an eligible MYOB product.

Can I earn commission when a customer starts a free trial?

Some free-trial sign-ups may qualify for commission, depending on the product and the Affiliate Program terms. Please refer to the applicable terms for full eligibility details.

Which MYOB products are eligible?

Eligible products are determined by the Affiliate Program terms. The flat commission rates are $30 for Payroll Only and MYOB Solo, and $80 for all other eligible products.

How do I track my referrals and commissions?

You’ll have access to a tracking system that provides visibility of your referrals, qualifying purchases and commissions earned.

Will MYOB provide marketing materials?

Yes. MYOB can provide marketing collateral such as email banners, content, digital marketing assets and other promotional materials to help you promote the offer.

Will my customers receive a special offer?

MYOB may provide special offers for your audience from time to time. Any available offer, eligibility requirements and expiry date will be communicated as part of the Affiliate Program.

When will I be paid?

Once your sale is tracked, there's a holding period before it becomes final. We call this action locking. It just means the transaction is confirmed and can no longer be changed, reversed, or adjusted. Locking happens at the end of the month after the month your sale was approved.

Approved transactions are paid 45 day(s) after end of the month they lock.
