Pay bills and change subscriptions, payment details or the primary contact.
From My Account at myaccount.myob.com/account, the primary contact or billing contact can:
Change account details like subscription plans, billing and payment details and contact and communication preferences.
Change who is the billing contact for your practice.
Set your communication preferences.
Security and user access
From My Account:
Update account details like name, email and phone.
Manage 2FA and your security details.

Download software updates for your AE/AO installation from My Account.
MYOB AE/AO licences, serial numbers and registration
Use your product serial number to generate a licence code that you can use to register AE/AO. For example, when you're setting up or reinstalling.
