    From the Product drop-down, select the area of Practice Compliance that you need support with. Select Online Partner/Connected Accounting if you're looking for support with:

    - your client's products

    - partner and practice billing queries

    - client subscription cancellation

    - changing the file payer from your practice to your client

    We’re rolling out a new support case experience. If we’ve reached out to let you know you’ve been moved to a new experience, Log a support case takes you to the support contact form in My Account. This lets you send us a message to get assistance with an issue.

    Don't enter your MYOB password or payment information. Our support team will never ask for this information over live chat or email.

    We’ve expanded live chat support to cover AE/AO, Practice Compliance (except Nimbus and MPM) and Partners. However, we can't assist with every issue through live chat.

  • If you need assistance with something else, try another help option or contact us.
    Live chat hours:

    9 am to 7 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) for help with tax.

    7 am to 7 pm Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) for everything else.

I see errors when loading a page

Are you getting any of the following errors?

  • Sorry it looks like you've landed in the wrong place. In fact, this page doesn't even exist. Try visiting one of the pages below.

  • Well, this is awkward. Looks like you're forbidden from accessing this page. Check with your admin to see what permissions you have. Or head to one of the pages below.

  • Apologies, something's not quite right. We can't get the information you need from our servers.

  • Sorry, the dots just don't join up right now. This page is temporarily unavailable. Please try again shortly.

Here are some things you can try:

  • Reload/refresh the page.

  • Wait a few minutes and try what you were doing again.
