Fixing display issues

If you're experiencing any display issues in AccountRight, make sure you're using the latest AccountRight version.

You can fix most AccountRight display issues by making sure your Windows display settings are set to 100% or 125%.

Changing display settings

In AccountRight, the fonts and windows will automatically scale to match your Windows display settings. This is ideal for most people, but on some monitors this can cause the fonts to appear blurry. Here's how to check your current display settings.

  1. Close all programs, including AccountRight.

  2. Click the Start button and type display settings in the task bar search field then select Change display settings

  3. Under Scale & layout, choose 100% or 125%

  4. Log off or sign out for the changes to take effect.

  5. Open AccountRight and check the display.
