AI Assistant (Beta) is currently available to a select group of MYOB Business Lite and Pro customers in Australia as we continue to refine the feature.
If you're part of the beta, you'll see AI Assistant at the top of the screen in MYOB Business - just click it to start.

Key things to know
AI Assistant (Beta) is currently available to a limited number of MYOB Business Lite and Pro customers while we test and improve the feature.
AI Assistant (Beta) reads live data from your MYOB Business ledger but doesn't change your data.
Responses include the data source, and where possible will link back to the relevant report so you can verify the information.
It uses Australian terminology, including GST, BAS and superannuation.
Always verify important figures in MYOB Business before acting on them, especially for financial decisions.
AI Assistant (Beta) provides a summary of financial data – it doesn't replace your standard reports.
Things you can ask AI Assistant
AI Assistant (Beta) can answer questions about your business finances, like your income, expenses, cash flow, profit, and outstanding invoices. It can also answer general accounting questions to help you understand your numbers.

AI Assistant (Beta) does not remember old chats or build up personal information about you over time. Every conversation starts fresh, so it does not carry information from one chat into the next.
Your business data stays protected
AI Assistant (Beta) does not use your business data to train AI models. Your data is processed in Australia, kept within Australian systems, and is not shared with third parties.
Your MYOB file stays safe
AI Assistant (Beta) can read information to answer questions, but it cannot make changes to your MYOB file, settings, or business data. This means it can help you understand things without changing anything in your account.
You stay in control
AI Assistant (Beta) aims to give accurate answers, but it can still make mistakes. That is why it is important to check anything important in your MYOB file or speak with a financial advisor before making financial decisions.
