MYOB Emergency Relief Package

MYOB provides an Emergency Relief Package for all customers who are suffering hardship as a result of the recent natural disasters.

MYOB’s Emergency Relief Package aims to offer immediate practical assistance to customers for them to manage the impact of natural disasters on their finances.

If you are affected by these events or think you might be suffering financial hardship, we strongly encourage you to contact MYOB via email to emergencyrelief@myob.com including your client ID or Serial Number and a contact number.

If required, we will get in touch with you to discuss your individual circumstances and the options available to you, in accordance with our Financial Hardship Policy. Alternatively, please call MYOB Accounts 1300 762 575 (AU) or 0800 941 797 (NZ) between 8.30am – 5.00pm AEST.
