Can I change my software plan later?

Yes. If you’re on an MYOB Business plan and your business grows or your needs change. You can adjust your plan easily through your account, such as adding features like inventory or payroll.

Can I let other people access my software?

Absolutely. You can share your account with your advisor, accountant, bookkeeper or business partner at any time for no extra cost. You can also control what they can see and do by adjusting their access levels.

What are AI category suggestions?

When you connect your bank account to MYOB, you can use category suggestions to recommend matches for transactions.   

Category suggestions use AI to give you more accurate suggested matches with a clear explanation. Balancing the books has never been faster!
