In these terms and conditions:
We, us, our means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198).
Offer means our Connecting Up Offer, which is offered to you under the Offer Terms.
Offer Period is for the life of your subscription, unless otherwise varied by us.
Offer Terms means these terms and conditions.
You, your, yours means the business that is accepting the Offer.
$ means A$.
A. Offer Details
1. The Offer is strictly limited to Connecting Up members only.
2. To accept the Offer, you must register for an MYOB Subscription by speaking with MYOB’s customer support team on 1800 290 837, or via the call-back form. To verify your eligibility, you will be asked to provide the email address associated with your Connecting Up account.
3. The Offer provides an MYOB subscription at a 30% discount for the life of the subscription on an AccountRight or Essentials subscription, excluding Essentials Payroll.
4. This Offer it not available in conjunction with any other offer, is not transferable and not refundable.
5. The offer does not apply to existing MYOB clients with a current MYOB subscription, and is not available as part of the MYOB Partner Program.
B. General
1. We reserve the right to rescind any discounts provided to you under the Offer if:
a. you don't comply with our Product Terms of Use or these Offer Terms; or
b. in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offer that you're not reasonably entitled to.
2. We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if you’ve accepted prior to it being varied or discontinued.
3. We reserve the right to vary the subscription prices of AccountRight or Essentials from time to time, which will be notified to you by email, letter or phone. For the avoidance of doubt, the 30% discount will be applied to the current full subscription prices of AccountRight or Essentials at the time of billing.
4. The Offer does not replace or limit your statutory rights, including your rights under applicable consumer laws.
5. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering the Offer. Please visit our Privacy Disclosure Statement and Privacy Policy for Australia for more information on how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.
