How to make the switch?
If you’re switching to another MYOB Essentials solution, you can make the change from within your current Essentials software. Here’s how:
1. On the Subscription details page in MYOB Essentials, click your business name and choose Subscription details.
2. Under Change product, you’ll see the list of available MYOB Essentials products, including your current subscription. Click Find out more to see the product information page, product features and benefits.
3. Click Select under your desired product, and a subscription window will appear like the one below.
4. To confirm the switch, click Upgrade my plan. You’ll be taken back to the Subscription details page with your subscription details updated. You can start using the features of your new subscription straight away.
