Altias Advisory started with one client that the team admit they “overserviced” till that led to more organic referrals. Soon after, Altias expanded their practice by purchasing a smaller firm and launching a financial planning division.

Being able to record data correctly within GreatSoft means that you are able to have a proactive discussion with the client, explain how we have spent our time working on different areas, and add on additional services or support that they need,” says Benjamin.

“We also have the ability to have [GreatSoft] integrate with other software and apps, which gives us the flexibility to change a piece of data in one place, and it’ll sync up everywhere else,” a relieved Brayden explains.
“So far, our experience has been 10 out of 10.”
