How long does it take to set up MYOB Business AccountRight Plus?

Do I need to install MYOB Business AccountRight Plus?

If you want to use MYOB Business AccountRight Plus, you'll need a Windows desktop or laptop computer to complete the setup and to access some features, such as multi-currency, advanced inventory features and time billing.

Can I use my account on my phone?

For small business plans, our accounting software is compatible with all browsers on desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Plus, you can use our companion app. MYOB Assist, to create invoices and snap receipts directly from your mobile device. Explore the full range of MYOB mobile apps.

Can I let other people access my software?

Absolutely. You can share your account with your advisor, accountant, bookkeeper or business partner at any time for no extra cost. You can also control what they can see and do by adjusting their access levels.

Can I track jobs and bill customers by time?

With MYOB Business Lite or Pro, you can track a job's progress, profit and loss, and expenses.

What are AI category suggestions?

When you connect your bank account to MYOB, you can use category suggestions to recommend matches for transactions.   

Category suggestions use AI to give you more accurate suggested matches with a clear explanation. Balancing the books has never been faster! 

Can I migrate my data into my MYOB software?

You sure can.

There are two ways to migrate your data to MYOB software:

  1. DIY from spreadsheets or from other software (Reckon, Xero, or QuickBooks)

  2. Get help from our migration partner to migrate from Reckon, QuickBooks, or Xero. We'll even cover the cost of migrating transactions from the current and previous financial year.
