To send an invoice that's similar to one you've already created, you can create a copy of an existing invoice so that you don't have to add all the details again. Copying an invoice is ideal for repeat work for the same customer and similar work for other customers.
You can make changes to the copied invoice when you're creating it, as you would for any other invoice.
The due date may be different on the copied invoice
When you create the invoice copy, it will be the same as the original, except the issue date will be updated to today's date, which can change when your customer is due to pay. To change when the invoice is due, tap Payment terms, change the dates and tap Save.
The invoice number will also be different from the original invoice. Like when you create a new invoice, the number will continue on from the last invoice you created.
Creating a copy
Go to Money in, scroll down and tap View all invoices.
Open the invoice you want to copy.
Tap More then Copy.
An invoice with the same customer, items (including discounts) and note to the customer is created.Check the details and when you've finished, tap Save. You can send it now or save it to send later.
