To get read-only access to the file, download and complete an Insolvency Access Request form.
Then, email it to:

All other customers: insolvency@myob.com
along with the:
(Australia) Form 505 or Court Order
(New Zealand) Notice of Appointment, Creditors Notice and Statement of the Company Affair.
Allow 3-5 business days for MYOB to process your request.
