Offer Details

1. Who is eligible for the Offer?

This Offer is eligible to members of the MYOB Partner Program based in Australia and New Zealand, including any member of the:

  • Partner, Certified Consultant, Bookkeeper, POS or Connected Account Programs; and

  • Customers who have commenced their application to become an MYOB Partner Program member

(Eligible Customer).

2. When is the Offer available?

The Offer is available from 17 April 2025 until 30 August 2025 (the Offer Period), unless varied or discontinued by us.

3. What is included in the Offer?

Eligible Customers who comply with section 4, will be entitled to:

  • Pay AUD$1 (inc GST) per month (Discount Price) for an Eligible Product Subscription if you accept these terms in Australia;
    or

  • Pay NZD$1 (exc GST) per month (Discount Price) for an Eligible Product Subscription if you accept these terms in New Zealand;

  • for up to a maximum of five (5) subscriptions per practice;

  • from the time of purchase until 30 June 2026 (Discount Period).

By redeeming the Offer, you agree to maintain the subscriptions for the entire Discount Period (Minimum Term).

4. How to accept the Offer:

An Eligible Customer can accept this Offer, during the Offer Period by:

  • purchasing an Eligible Product Subscription;

  • by speaking with a MYOB sales agent and referencing the Offer; and

  • by providing any information reasonably requested by MYOB.

By redeeming the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

5. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?

After the Discount Period, the cost of the Eligible Product Subscription will revert to the MYOB Partner Tier Pricing based on the membership tier at that time.

By providing us your credit or debit card details and agreeing to our Direct Debit Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that the subscription automatically renews monthly. You authorise us to debit your credit or debit card the then current standard price at the end of the Discount Period.

6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer

a) If you terminate your Eligible Product Subscription before the end of the Minimum Term, you must pay out the remainder of the Minimum Term, at the Discount Price.

b) Use of Premium Features (like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges, and be subject to additional terms and conditions. For example, these additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply to the use of Online Invoice Payments.

c) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business AccountRight Plus to a MYOB Business AccountRight Premier subscription or vice versa, or if they change from a ‘Partner Pays’ to ‘Client Pays’ billing model), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Discount Period.

d) This Offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases.

General

7. Your use of the Eligible Product remains subject to the MYOB Business Terms of Use and MYOB AccountRight Terms of Use.

8. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.

9. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.

10. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Eligible Product Subscription, as a result of accepting the Offer will be refunded.

11. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria if you accept these terms in Australia or New Zealand if you accept these terms in New Zealand.

12. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.

Definitions

Eligible Product Subscription refers to a base subscription of MYOB Business Connected Ledger.

Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.

We, us, our means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) (if you accept these Terms in Australia); and MYOB NZ Limited (NZCN 902338) (if you accept these Terms in New Zealand).
