How can I contact MYOB if I get stuck or want to ask a non-tax question?

Can I share the e-seminar with others?

Access to the e-seminar is only available to registered clients. However, so long as you’re in attendance, we don’t mind if others in your office watch along with you. Why not put it on the big screen and watch it together!  

Can I watch the e-seminar in full screen?

Yes. To change to full-screen viewing, click the full screen icon in the bottom corner of the video player. To exit, press Esc on your keyboard.

Can I skip straight to the section that interests me the most?

Yes, you can. We have bookmarked the e-seminar so that you can go directly to the areas that interest you the most. At the beginning of the e-seminar you’ll notice a bookmark to the right of the screen. Simply click on the section of interest (AIM, UOMI, FAQs from Support, Tax Manager updates, Tax return changes, and/or IR10 workpaper) to go directly to that section of the e-seminar. Can I take notes in the e-book?

The e-book is a PDF workbook for you to use. It is downloadable and printable. You can then take notes as you follow along.

How do I chat with an MYOB Consultant?

We’ve made some of our MYOB Consultants available to answer your questions using our LiveChat service. Check the schedule above for when they’re online. During these times, click the Ask an MYOB Consultant button to launch a chat session.

Note that if there are more questions than MYOB Consultants, you’ll be placed in a queue. 

How do I listen to or watch the e-seminar?

The e-seminar has been pre-recorded and made available as an online video. Watch it in the same way you watch other online videos. Put it on a big-screen TV or follow along on a tablet with headphones. 

Can I re-watch the e-seminar?

Yes. We’ll be making the content available until the end of 2018.  If you want to watch it again later, bookmark this page or click the link in your email. You can re-watch at any time and as often as you like. 

Can I keep a copy of the e-book?

Yes, you can download and print the e-book. You can then take notes as you follow along. We’ll be keeping it online until the end of 2018. If you want to read the e-book later, bookmark it in your browser.

Clarification of when to use KB 37195

In the FAQs from Support section there was some misleading information provided. This was corrected on 10 April, 2018 in the Workbook and Slides.

Page 33 of the workbook and slide 46  now ask “What do I do if the Tax “Notice Amount” is not the expected amount to pay?” this replaces “What do I do if a tax notice is not required?”.

The following text has been deleted “If the Notice Status column in your tax notices shows as Not required, it means the information in the tax summary doesn’t match the information that Inland Revenue have for your client.”
