The system is suitable for both on-premises and remote employees, and it is accessible on Android, Apple iPhone and iPad, and Windows PC’s.
With Arithmetoc’s Software as a Service (SaaS) model, businesses can access the system from anywhere at any time, allowing for flexible and accurate time billing. The system eliminates the process of manually inputting times into MYOB AccountRight to generate invoices to send to clients for the relevant project or task. It offers features such as displaying a list of all time entries made for the selected week, and allows the manager to approve time entries, mark them for review, or export them for billing. Arithmetoc's billing rates can be set on a per-project, per-task, or per-employee basis and all relevant data can be seamlessly exported to MYOB AccountRight, saving time and effort in preparing invoices and ensuring accurate and timely processing. The system also provides the flexibility of no lock-in contracts, allowing businesses to change or cancel subscriptions as needed.
Arithmetoc includes a web interface for management and administration as well as an app for mobile devices such as Android or Apple smart phones or Windows rugged tablets. All devices connect to Arithmetoc Cloud for configuration and data storage.
