How reports work

Reports are based on your income and expenses and give a snapshot of your business’s finances. They’re great to see where your business stands today, so you can make plans for tomorrow. 

The reports are set up for you and ready to use, but you can change the date range to report on different periods. 

Preview your reports to see the data or share them as PDF or Excel files.

Reports keep track of your GST

If you’re registered for GST, the GST report shows how much GST you’ve collected and paid in a specified period. You can also use the GST return report to help complete your BAS. This report gives you the values to report, and where to report them on the BAS form.
