Update an item

After you’ve created an item, you can update it at any time, but the changes will not affect any existing invoices. For example, if an item’s price changes, and you update it, this will not show on any invoices you have already created. The new price will only show on any invoices you create after making the change.

Change an item for one invoice

You can edit an item on the invoice, but the changes will only apply to that invoice. Just tap the three dots () next to the item and tap Edit.

  1. Go to More and tap Products and services.

  2. Tap the item and tap the edit icon in the top right corner.

  3. Make the changes.

  4. Tap Save.

These changes will only be applied to any invoices you create after updating the item.

Deleting an item

After you’ve created an item, you can only delete it if you have not used it on an invoice. To delete an item, go to More:

  1. Tap Products and services.

  2. Tap the item

  3. Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and tap Delete item.

  4. Confirm the deletion by tapping Delete.
