You can change your online payment settings in the app via More > Invoice and quote settings > Invoice payment settings.

After you've set up online payments, you can update the bank account where payments are made.
Tap More.
Tap Invoice and quote settings then Invoice payment settings
Tap Settlement bank account. If prompted, sign in with your app details.
Next to your bank account, tap Edit.
Enter your new bank account details.

Changing direct deposit bank details
If you want to change the direct deposit bank details shown on your invoices too, go to More > Invoice and quote settings > Invoice payment settings, then scroll down to Other payment options and tap Edit direct deposit.
Change the categories for online payments and fees
When you set up online payments, you'll set a Payment category and Fee category. These are categories in the app that take care of the accounting side of your online payments and fees.
It’s unlikely you’ll need to change these. For example, you may want to change your payment category if you open a new bank account for your business.
Tap More.
Tap Invoice and quote settings then Invoice payment settings.
Tap Settlement bank account. If prompted, sign in with your app details.
Scroll down to Record payments and change the Payment category or Fee category as required. Typically, businesses use a bank account category to record payments and an expense category to record fees.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap Save.
Change who pays the online payment fee
When a customer pays you using the Pay securely button in their invoice, there is a transaction fee ($0.25 + 1.8% of the invoice value). You can pay this fee or you can pass it onto the customer as a surcharge.
To change who pays:
Tap More.
Tap Invoice and quote settings then Invoice payment settings.
Tap Settings. If prompted, sign in with your app details.
Under Settings, tap Online Invoice Payments.
Under Surcharging, choose who pays the surcharge.

Tap Save.
This setting applies to all invoices you send from now on. But you can change the surcharging preference on each invoice.
