If you’re refunded for an expense, you can record it in the app. You’ll need to have recorded the expense as paid before you record the refund.
Go to Money out.
Scroll down and tap View all expenses.
Find and open the paid expense.
Tap More (…) and Record refund.
Choose where the refund was paid to in the Payment category.
Choose if the refund was for the full amount. If it was a partial refund, you can change the refund amount, and if there were line items, you can change the refund amount by category.
Change or delete a refund record
Refund records cannot be changed, only deleted. If you want to change one, you'll need to delete it then record it again.
To delete a refund record, open the expense with the refund. Scroll to the Activity and tap the three dots (...) next to the refund. Tap Delete refund and tap Delete again to confirm.

Refunds can only be recorded for expenses that have been paid. This means that overpaid expenses cannot be refunded.
