Change or delete a customer or supplier

Change a customer or supplier's name, email, phone, address and more.

  1. Go to More, tap Customers and suppliers and open the individual or business you want to change.

  2. Tap Edit.

  3. Make your changes and tap Save.

Deleting a customer or supplier

If you haven’t recorded a transaction for a customer or supplier, you can delete them. This means you retain a record of past transactions, even after you no longer do business with a customer or supplier.

  1. Go to More, tap Customers and suppliers and open the individual or business you want to delete.

  2. Tap Edit.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete.
