We can permanently delete your Solo by MYOB business data from our records if you request it. After the data has been deleted, we won't be able to retrieve it, so make sure you've got a copy by downloading your records as reports.
To get your data deleted, go to the digital assistant (More > Digital assistant) and ask to speak to one of our Community Leads.
If you're no longer subscribed to Solo, tap the chat bubble on the bottom of the screen and ask your digital assistant to chat to our Community Leads.
