Set up your templates using MYOB in a web browser

Templates control how your invoices and quotes look, and you can have as many templates as you need.

Set them up and make any changes using MYOB in a web browser. Here's the details

Once a template is set up, it'll be selectable in the app when you email or share an invoice or quote.

Choose a layout based on what you're selling

If you're selling items, like cupcakes or plumbing parts, use a Services and items layout. But if you're providing a service, like lawnmowing or home cleaning, use a Services layout.

Change the default layout via More > Invoice settings.

If you use AccountRight desktop software:

  • Invoices created in MYOB Assist with a Services and items layout will be read-only when opened in AccountRight. You can edit these in MYOB Assist or by opening your company file in a web browser.

  • Invoices created in AccountRight using the Professional, Miscellaneous or Time Billing layout will be read-only in MYOB Assist. You can edit these in AccountRight desktop or browser.
