There may be occasions when you'll need to reopen completed tasks, for instance, when you get more receipts or information concerning a client's tax statement that would mean adjustments to their tax return.
To reopen a completed task
Click Tasks in the top menu bar.
Click Completed to display all your completed tasks.
If you have more than one task to reopen, select the checkboxes to the left of relevant task names and click Reopen.
Select the task that is to be reopened. All the task details are displayed.
Click Reopen in the top right-hand corner. Your tasks list is updated with the selected task moving from Completed to Open.
